Kos er eyja undan strönd Tyrklands sem tilheyrir Grikklandi. Hún er þriðja stærsta eyjan í eyjaklasanum Tylftareyjar. Hún er um 50 km löng og 12 km breið og þar búa um 30.000 manns. Flestir íbúanna búa í höfuðstaðnum sem ber það sama nafn og eyjan, en aðrir bæir eru Cardamena, Cefalo, Tigaki, Antimachia, Mastichari, Marmari og Pilì, og smáþorpin Zia, Zipari, Platani, Lagoudi og Asfentiou. Hæsta fjall er Dikeo.
